Returns and Refunds

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You should notify BestDiscountSA of your intent to return the merchandise within a minimum of 8 days from the date of purchase.

We will only proceed with a return and issue a refund if you inform us at info@bestdiscountsa.co.za. Subsequently, BestDiscountSA will request that you capture photographs of the damaged item and submit them to us.

If the item is returned solely due to your preference and not because it is defective or broken, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, in the event of a defect or damage, BestDiscountSA will cover those expenses.

Under no circumstances should the merchandise be sent back to the manufacturer.

Replacements, refunds, or credits will be processed once the merchandise in question has been returned to our warehouse and subjected to inspection.

A 15% Handling/Processing Fee will be deducted from refunds for orders canceled due to a change of perspective (no longer desiring the items).

If you receive damaged or defective goods, we will replace the item if it is available in our stock. Failing that, we will provide a full refund for the damaged goods.

Goods may be accepted, and the appropriate remedy offered if the item remains in its original packaging and has not been altered in any way.

We will not issue refunds if there is any evidence that the item has been used.

The time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items with a value exceeding R550 that you intend to ship, it is advisable to consider using an eco-friendly shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. BestDiscountSA cannot guarantee the acceptance of your returned item.

When a refund is granted due to your lack of desire for the benefit, the refund will exclude the initial delivery cost, and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

Exclusions: We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

Products that include foodstuffs, beverages, or other items intended for regular use in a customer’s home or workplace.
Items that are customized or tailored to the customer’s specifications.
Perishable or rapidly expiring items.
Incorrectly ordered clothing or shoe sizes, unless otherwise indicated in the daily email.
Items that, due to their nature, cannot be returned.
Sound, video recordings, or any form of program if they are used or supplied in a non-digital format, and if the seal on the storage media is broken.
The sale of reading materials in any format.
The provision of accommodation, travel, transportation, catering, or leisure services if www.bestdiscountsa.co.za or its representatives or suppliers undertake to provide these services on a specific date or within a specific period.
